DEBINDING FURNACE

Therelekās batch debinding furnaces are typically designed upto 950° C which perform the tasks of dewaxing or debinding the binders or waxes used during shaping or compacting of the pressed parts. This furnace can also be used at a higher temperature for pre-sintering. A clean debinding and presintering ensures no waxes or lubricants remain to interfere with the sintering process, and this maintains the sanctity and quality to ensure the components are well prepared for sintering and result in better mechanical properties of the processed part. The batch debinding furnace has a closed controlled atmosphere that be precisely controlled to operate under inert as well as reducing atmospheres. The parts are heated with slow ramp up rate with critical soak and increment cycles to ensure there is no cracking or deformation in the product, and post binder removal and pre-sintering undergoes a cooling cycle within the furnace too.
